Select the “Subcontractor” button. At the Quality Control Process, select “Trades”, then the appropriate Plumbing inspection. Complete the inspection.
To email a copy of the inspection, Select “Print” at the bottom left, select PDF at the print screen, and save a copy to the project file. Then email a copy to the subcontractor and any other interested party.
Go to the “Project” button.
Select “Enforce Job Site Safety”.
Check to make certain the subcontractor is included in the “CompanyDB”.
At the Dashboard, in the “Safety Warning” column, select an unused Warning form.
Complete the form.
Print the form as a PDF and send the Safety Warning to the subcontractor.
File a copy of the Safety Warning at the subcontractor’s file.
Go to the “Project” button.
Select “Enforce Job Site Safety”.
Select “Job Site Safety Inspection”.
Complete and send the “Job Site Safety Checklist”.
File a copy of the Job Site Safety Checklist at the Project file.
Go to the “Clients” button.
Select the appropriate milestone walk-through or create your custom walk-through.
Save the walk-through form in the Project folder.
To print a copy, go to the form, select the walk-through, print as a PDF, send a copy to whomever you wish.
Go to the “Project” button.
Select “Project Management Aids”.
There are several versions of Daily Progress Reports:
The “Email Daily Progress Report” is a single-use form which automatically mails the form to yourself and other interested parties.
For mobile phones. The “Daily Progress Report App” is a continuous report of daily activity on the project. It allows for up to 300 separate entries.
The “Spreadsheet” and the “PDF” versions are hard copies you can print out and take to the job site.
The “Asana” version is for users of the Asana platform.
Move copies of the Daily Progress Report to the Project file.
